Monthly Tasks

-Inspect air filters; replace or clean if dirty

-Check thermostat operation and settings

-Inspect belts for wear and tension

-Check condensate drain and pan for blockage

-Listen for unusual noise or vibration

-Verify airflow at supply and return vents

Quarterly Tasks
-Replace or clean air filters
-Inspect electrical connections and tighten as needed
-Check refrigerant lines for leaks or insulation damage
-Inspect fan motors and bearings
-Test safety controls and limit switches
-Inspect ductwork for visible leaks or damage

Semi-Annual Tasks
